- Scope of Services: WebCody provides development and design services for stores. This includes customizing store templates, adding functionality, and optimizing store performance.
- Payment: All services must be paid in full prior to the start of work. We accept payment through PayPal, ACH, wire or credit card.
- Intellectual Property: All custom code and design work produced by WebCody remains the property of WebCody until payment is received in full. Upon payment, the ownership of the work will be transferred to the client.
- Confidentiality: WebCody will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of our work to any third parties.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, all work produced by WebCody must be paid in full before the ownership of the work is transferred to the client.
- Limitation of Liability: WebCody will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of data.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
